Nuestro menú de hoy incluye muchas mezcla de estilos y especias sonoras, con sabores que pueden llevarnos a la India, Kurdistán, el norte de África, Etiopía… tamizados con aires de jazz, swing y hasta beatboxing. Y, a mitad de camino, algún recuerdo de añejos ragtime blues.

Today’s menu includes several styles and musical spices which flavors make us travel to India, Kurdistan, Northern Africa or Ethiopia… nuanced with jazz, swing and even beatboxing. And, in the middle of the way, some remembrances of old ragtime blues.
