Descorchamos unas cuantas novedades discográficas bien interesantes que nos llevan, para empezar, por Polonia, con el grupo Sutari y la Kapela Romana Wojciechowskiego. El inquieto sello polaco Muzyka Zakorzeniona, responsable de la grabación de este último grupo, también nos relata las historias de ida y vuelta de emigrantes de origen polaco retornados desde Croacia. Nos vamos después a Baskortostán, en los Urales, para escuchar músicas del pueblo baskir, que da nombre al territorio, y de las comunidades de origen ucraniano allí asentadas, con grabaciones sobre el terreno de Antonovka Records. Continuamos por el norte de Europa, pasando un día en una granja noruega con los cantos de Synnøve Brøndbo Plassen. Seguimos con las nuevas propuestas musicales del dúo anglo-estonio compuesto por Eva Väljaots y Robbie Sherratt y el trío belga-danés-estonio Alterne. En Finlandia nos encontramos con las músicas sorprendentes de la Hulbækmo & Jacobsen Familieorkester, del cuarteto de armónicas Sväng y de Jussi Reijonen, quien reúne en su grupo a artistas también de Jordania, Irak, Palestina, Turquía, Japón y los Estados Unidos.

We uncork a few interesting new recordings that take us, to begin with, to Poland, with the group Sutari and the Kapela Romana Wojciechowskiego. The restless Polish label Muzyka Zakorzeniona, responsible for the recording of the latter group, also tells us the stories of Polish emigrants returning from Croatia. We then go to Bashkortostan, in the Urals, to listen to the music of the Bashkir people, after whom the territory is named, and of the communities of Ukrainian origin settled there, with field recordings by Antonovka Records. We continue in Northern Europe, spending a day on a Norwegian farm with the songs of Synnøve Brøndbo Plassen. We continue with the new musical proposals of the Anglo-Estonian duo composed of Eva Väljaots and Robbie Sherratt and the Belgian-Danish-Estonian trio Alterne. In Finland we find the surprising music of the Hulbækmo & Jacobsen Familieorkester, the harmonica quartet Sväng and Jussi Reijonen, who brings together in his group artists also from Jordan, Iraq, Palestine, Turkey, Japan and the USA.
