Abrimos con los tres discos favoritos de Mundofonías de noviembre del 2025, con los ecos ucranianos desde Canadá de Murmurosi, el diálogo musical y familiar de los noruegos Carl Petter Opsahl & Johannes Opsahl, y el encuentro caucásico-anatolio-balcánico de virtuosos en The Secret Trio. Continuamos con inspiraciones latinoamericanas que nos traen aires de Brasil, Perú, Ecuador, México, Argentina y Guadalupe, con conexiones francesas, italianas, californianas y reunionesas. Y en La Reunión terminamos, tendiendo puentes también hacia la India.

We open with the three favorite Mundofonías albums of November 2025, with the Ukrainian echoes from Canada of Murmurosi, the musical and family dialogue of the Norwegian artists Carl Petter Opsahl & Johannes Opsahl, and the Caucasian-Anatolian-Balkan meeting of virtuosos in The Secret Trio. We continue with Latin American inspirations that bring us sounds from Brazil, Peru, Ecuador, Mexico, Argentina and Guadeloupe, with French, Italian, Californian and Réunionese connections. And in La Réunion we end, building bridges also toward India.

Voces del Bullerengue

Desde el Caribe colombiano nos llega el segundo disco de este proyecto, Voces del Bullerengue, en el que participan renombradas cantoras de las comunidades campesinas de aquellas tierras. Nacidas entre 1930 y 1965, son las portadoras de un vibrante legado del que volvemos a disfrutar en este álbum titulado “#Anónimas&Resilientes”.

From the Colombian Caribbean comes the second album of this project, Voces del Bullerengue, featuring renowned singers from the rural communities of those lands. Born between 1930 and 1965, they are the bearers of a vibrant legacy that we once again enjoy in this album titled “#Anónimas&Resilientes.”

Nuevas versiones y remezclas suenan en esta edición de Mundofonías, pero también muchas piezas originales, a través de un buen número de estrenos que nos hacen viajar por Italia, Noruega, España, Colombia, Mauritania, Polonia o la India, entre otros territorios. Escuchamos músicas que resonarán también en próximas convocatorias en las que estará presente el equipo de Mundofonías: Folkelarm en Oslo, Noruega, y Napoli World, en Italia.

New versions and remixes are featured in this edition of Mundofonías, along with many original pieces, through a good number of premieres that take us on a journey across Italy, Norway, Spain, Colombia, Mauritania, Poland and India, among other territories. Viajamos por la música del pueblo inuit, por La Reunión, Brasil, Colombia, Etiopía, los Balcanes, Persia, Líbano o Quebec, con conexiones varias. Our loose overview of this month’s Transglobal World Music Chart, created through the voting of a panel of world music disseminators from all continents, of which the makers of Mundofonías are co-creators and co-promoters. We travel through the music of the Inuit people, across La Réunion, Brazil, Colombia, Ethiopia, the Balkans, Persia, Lebanon and Quebec, with various connections.
