Abrimos con los tres discos favoritos de Mundofonías del mes de marzo del 2022: el recopilatorio «Alrededor de la húmisha«, con maravillosas grabaciones históricas desde la selva peruana; el último álbum, decididamente klezmer de Dobranotch, desde San Petersburgo, y lo nuevo de los bosnios Divanhana. Continuamos con cantos profundos de la tradición serbia, nos zambullimos en la historia, en pos de antiguos himnos bizantinos, volvemos a nuestros días, con recreaciones de la música húngara; saltamos los muros, en compañía de artistas latinoamericanos, estadounidenses y de Oriente Medio, y terminamos con aires que nos llegan de Irán y Afganistán, presentando la iniciativa de micromecenazgo para apoyar a los músicos exiliados de Afganistán en Irán, impulsada por el músico Michel Gasco y el sello Worlds within Worlds. We open with Mundofonías’ three favorite albums of March 2022: the compilation «Alrededor de la humisha«, with wonderful historical recordings from the Peruvian jungle; Dobranotch‘s resolutely klezmer last album, from Saint Petersburg, and the new record of the Bosnians Divanhana. We continue with profound songs from the Serbian tradition; we dive into history, in search of ancient Byzantine hymns; we then return to our days, with recreations of Hungarian music; we jump the walls, in the company of Latin American, North American and Middle Eastern artists, and we end with airs coming from Iran and Afghanistan, presenting the crowdfunding initiative to support exiled musicians from Afghanistan in Iran, promoted by the musician Michel Gasco and the label Worlds within Worlds.
