Abrimos con un homenaje al jovencísimo bajista del venezolano C4 Trío, Gustavo Márquez, recientemente fallecido, para dedicar el resto del programa a tres interesantes recopilaciones: la Rough guide to world music (edición 25 aniversario); Saz power, abriendo nuevos caminos para ese instrumento oriental, y la dedicada a los premios rusos de las músicas del mundo (Russian World Music Awards).

We start with a tribute to Gustavo Márquez, the Venezuelan C4 Trío’s bass player, who died very young recently. We dedicate the rest of the show to three interesting compilations: The Rough Guide to World Music (25th anniversary edition); Saz Power, breaking new ground for this Oriental instrument, and a third one dedicated to the Russian World Music Awards.
